Cloak Rooms Cloak rooms have bathrooms with shower, open changing area, double vanity and hair dryer. Guests can freshen up upon their early arrival after which they can begin to explore the hotels facilities whilst their luggage is stored until check-in time. Whilst waiting for a late flight home, guests are encouraged to continue to make use of the hotel facilities whilst their luggage is stored, and can then freshen up before their departure. Cloak room facilities are complimentary and can be reserved at reception on the day of arrival/departure.

Day Room We provide the unique facility of a Day Room for guest who need a room outside of their check-in and check-out times. The Day Room is equipped with an open plan bathroom with shower, a day bed and television. Here guests can refresh or relax, before their room is ready, or whilst waiting to depart. The Day Room can be booked at an additional charge of R800 per time slot. Time slots: Arrival to 14:00 or 14:00 to departure.

Internet facilities are also available in the reception lobby which is a complimentary wireless hot spot and the Business Centre that has two guest computers. Internet speed is adequate for downloading e-mails, internet banking and social networking (Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, blogging, etc.) Slow internet speeds may occur when downloading multi-media files or using Skype. The Bay Hotel is proud to have joined the Mr. Price Sport initiative. Old tennis racquets are donated to various charity organisations recognised by the initiative and exchanged with new Maxed racquets. Consequently the hotel now sports brand new racquets. |
